Pete McDowell, Principal,
consults to owners and managers in privately held businesses who want better results in sales revenues, brand equity and company reputation and business market value. Pete’s passion and expertise is in helping companies with the design of a strategy to develop and maintain a sales-focused organization. A sales-focused organization is one in which every team member understands his or her role in driving revenue and cash growth and maximizing customer relationships. His experience as a senior manager in both growth companies and turnarounds in manufacturing and service industries goves him breadth, depth and perspective on how businesses can succeed. Prior to starting his consulting company in 2006 Pete had a successful twenty five year career in sales, sales management, senior management and running companies with direct P&L responsibility. Pete has the broad experience and real world credentials that enable him to deeply connect with small business owners & sales people in order to drive revenue growth and organizational effectiveness. He knows what it takes to build aligned, high performing organizations.
Pete has spoken about marketing, sales and other topics at various events in the Puget Sound and has presented in the Entrepreneurship Program at the University of Washington. He’s conducted a monthly web-based teleseminar series where he interviewed subject matter experts on relevant business topics and he’s been featured on the radio numerous times, sharing his opinions and insights on business best practices.

Pete graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Industrial Design.

Great to hear from you. We’re coming to Glenora this August- first visit east in ten years. I heard about Fran from my mom. Great guy. You were lucky to have him as a stepfather after your dad died.
